자주 묻는 질문
구매한 이용권이 보이지 않아요.
구매에 사용한 Apple 계정인지 확인한 뒤, 앱 설정의 전체 이용권 화면에서 ‘구매 복원’을 눌러 주세요. 네트워크 연결이 필요할 수 있습니다. 환불 문의는 Apple의 문제 신고 페이지에서 진행할 수 있습니다.
구매를 복원했는데 친구와 기록이 돌아오지 않아요.
구매 복원은 전체 이용권을 복원합니다. 성장 상태와 집중 기록은 별도의 데이터이므로, 저장해 둔 파일이 있다면 앱 설정의 데이터·백업 화면에서 백업 파일을 복원해 주세요. 미리 저장한 백업이 없으면 운영자가 기기 내 기록을 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
기기를 바꾸기 전에 무엇을 해야 하나요?
기존 기기에서 진행 기록 백업을 내보내고, 파일이 정상적으로 저장됐는지 확인해 주세요. 새 기기에서는 해당 파일을 선택해 복원합니다. 구매한 이용권은 구매 복원으로 따로 가져올 수 있습니다. 초기화나 앱 삭제 전 백업을 권장합니다.
버튼이나 완료 소리가 들리지 않아요.
앱 설정에서 ‘앱 내 소리’가 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 기기 버튼·친구 터치 반응과 앱을 보고 있을 때의 완료 소리는 기기의 무음 모드와 음량을 따릅니다. 연결된 이어폰이나 스피커도 확인해 주세요. 앱을 닫아 둔 상태의 완료 알림은 별도 알림 설정과 iOS 권한에 따라 동작합니다.
알림이나 잠금화면 타이머가 보이지 않아요.
iOS 설정에서 Focus Pet의 알림과 실시간 현황 허용 여부를 확인해 주세요. 집중 모드나 시스템 상태에 따라 표시가 달라질 수 있습니다. 문제가 계속되면 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 앱 버전과 발생 상황을 알려주세요.
앱 사용 시간 기능은 꼭 켜야 하나요?
아니요. 기본 집중 타이머는 Screen Time 권한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 선택 기능을 켜면 사용자가 고른 앱 등의 사용 기준 초과가 가상 친구의 건강에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 앱에서 연결을 해제하고 iOS 설정에서 권한을 관리할 수 있습니다.
광고와 개인정보 선택을 바꾸고 싶어요.
설정에서 광고 연령대를 변경할 수 있으며, ‘선택 안 함’ 또는 ‘14–17세’이면 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. ‘18세 이상’을 선택한 광고 제공 버전에서는 필요한 경우 앱 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보’에서 동의 선택 화면을 다시 열 수 있습니다. 전체 이용권 구매가 확인되면 컬렉션 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 자세한 정보 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Focus Pet support
Focus Pet is preparing for release. Test feedback is welcome at jiniancompany@gmail.com. Include your app version, device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove personal information from screenshots and never send passwords or card details.
Restore a purchase
Use the Apple account that made the purchase, then open Settings → All Features → Restore Purchases. For refunds, visit Apple's Report a Problem.
Restore progress or move devices
Purchase restoration does not restore your companion or focus history. Export a progress backup before changing devices, resetting data or deleting the app. On the new device, restore the file through Settings → Data and Backup. We cannot recover on-device records without an available backup.
In-app sounds
Turn on In-app sounds in app Settings. Toy-button, companion-tap and foreground completion sounds respect your device’s silent mode and volume. Check connected headphones or speakers too. Completion notifications while the app is in the background follow separate notification settings and iOS permission.
Notifications, Live Activities and optional usage
Check Focus Pet's notification and Live Activities permissions in iOS Settings, along with Focus settings. Screen Time permission is optional for the core timer. If enabled, exceeding limits you set for selected apps may affect virtual companion health; disconnect in the app to stop using this feature.
Advertising privacy
The optional age band in Settings defaults to Not selected. Not selected and 14–17 do not receive ad requests. For 18+ in ad-supported versions, revisit consent choices under Settings → Advertising Privacy when available. A verified All Features purchase suppresses collection ad requests.
